Mixed media, acryla gouache and oil pastel on wood board.
I made this painting to challenge myself after a bout of creative block by using only one paintbrush to make the whole thing, and to clean my brush as little as possible. The result is a super messy, loose close up of some garden roses that I found whilst out on a walk. The painting was then finished off with oil pastels in just about every green shade I own.
